New this season – The league will run a weekly Flag Football skills and drills session for all players in addition to any team practice that individual coaches will schedule . More information on the day and time will be sent to you soon.

Ages 4-6 – 9:30 AM

Ages 7,8 – 10:15 AM

Ages 9,10 – 11:00 AM

Ages 11+ – 11:45 AM
